You can tell that Beautiful Minds was something created from the heart instilled with all the values that matter most to her while being relatable to other families. I love working at Beautiful Minds because its core values really align with some of my personal and professional values. I value compassionate and fun care because I believe that every child deserves compassionate care regardless of their differences. Providing fun care to children is paramount because kids love fun engaging activities. If therapy feels boring, they would not be interested, and fun activities make the learning process easy. At beautiful Minds, we believe ABA should not only be effective, but also enjoyable. I also really like that the company’s origin is very personal, as it was founded by someone whose son is also autistic, which drives our shared passion for fun and compassionate care. Our CEO, who is both a BCBA and a medical doctor, is knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive of both her clients and staff.
