Jose Aguilera R.B.T. OBM – HR Manager 

Jose joined Beautiful Minds in August 2023. Jose is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who holds a certification in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). Jose serves as our HR Specialist who focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and training for new behavior technicians. Jose graduated with a degree in Psychology and Computer Science from Amherst College. In school, Jose’s work focused on child and adolescent clinical psychology. After graduation, he decided to become involved in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Jose enjoys working with children with special needs and helping new therapists grow in their abilities and development of ABA.
